Build your own AI colleague.
Fifteen minutes a day.
Written by a manager who couldn't code. Still can't.
Your time is precious.
So before anything else, let's check if this is for you.
This is for you if...
- You're a manager. Curious about AI, but you never really started — a few questions to ChatGPT, and that's been it.
- You'd start from zero tomorrow... if someone finally showed you WHERE to start.
- Your company asked you to "do something with AI". And then left you alone with it.
- You lead a team, you're expected to bring AI into it, and you honestly can't picture what that means in practice.
This is probably not for you if...
- You're a developer, a technician, an AI expert. There's a lot of great content out there for you. Most of it better than mine.
Still here?
Good. You're exactly who I wrote this for.
My promise
In the next few emails, you'll build your first AI agent.
Not a demo. Not a toy.
An agent built on one real task of yours (a report, a document, a process you repeat every week or month) that does it FOR you.
Why this way?
Because I tried every other way.
Videos. Courses. Tutorials.
The only one that worked was doing.
The problem I had (you probably have it too)
I'm curious by nature.
So when AI became THE topic, I started digging.
And for the first six months, honestly: fog.
There's an ocean of information out there.
Almost all of it made by technical people, for technical people.
I'd watch, read, take notes...
...and still couldn't answer the only question that mattered:
What does this actually do for MY job?
The examples online were built for startups and side hustles.
Not for someone with a real role in a real company, with reports due and a team to answer to.
So the math never worked: hours in, nothing usable out.
Then I got promoted.
And the question stopped being curiosity.
More work was coming. My team wasn't growing.
I didn't want to "learn AI" anymore.
I needed to work faster on the things I already did.
And to reach knowledge I didn't have — without waiting a week for someone else's calendar.
The two discoveries that changed everything
So I stopped watching and started building.
Badly, at first.
Then two discoveries changed everything.
Discovery one: folders.
The system AI understands best turned out to be the one you and I already use every day.
Folders. Files. Reports.
Doesn't matter if you're the type with a thousand files on the desktop, or the type with one perfect folder tree.
Your work already lives in folders.
I didn't have to learn a new world. I organized mine — and suddenly the AI and I understood each other.
Discovery two: I didn't need to build any AI.
The biggest companies on earth spend billions building the brains.
You don't compete with that. You build on top of it.
A simple structure of folders and written instructions the AI reads.
And inside this discovery, the real unlock:
Treat AI like a person, not like software.
Brief it. Train it. Correct it. Delegate to it.
Onboard it exactly like a new colleague.
That's not a technical skill.
That's what you and I do for a living.
That's how Bruno was born. My AI colleague.
(Yes — named after the character in the movie my daughters watched on repeat.)
My first agent
The first task I handed over was a report that took me eight hours.
Eight hours meant I often skipped it. There was never time to do it for every client.
Today it takes five minutes.
I run it for twenty clients. It would take the same five minutes for two hundred.
And it comes out the same way every time. Exactly how I want it. Honestly: better than I hoped.
That was my wow moment.
The moment I said: NOW I see it.
In the next few emails, we build yours.
Here's the roadmap.
One honest note
A few short emails won't make you an expert. Nothing will, that fast — and that's not the goal.
The goal is one real result: your task, automated, done your way.
And the method to repeat it on everything else.
My guarantee
The only one I can honestly make.
Follow along, fifteen minutes a day...
...and if by the end your Bruno isn't handling one real piece of your work, send me a message on LinkedIn.
I'll personally help you get there.
Ready?
Day 1 is one click away, bottom right.
Nothing to install. You can do it from your phone.
